About ABConsulting
Alison believes it is her job – the job of any consultant – to leave her clients much better off than they were before she got involved. The ethical consultant, when working with non-profits and charities, must commit to helping the organization get to a place where their outside help is no longer needed. That means meeting you where you are as an organization, getting you where you want to be, and doing it within the budget you can afford. Alison is committed to creative solutions that value the expertise and experience she brings but does so within the context of the organization she agrees to serve.
About Alison Brewin
Alison always uses appreciative inquiry in everything she does (what makes you awesome and how can we set you up to get more of it?). She also won’t take on a project that may result in harm by perpetuating historical patterns of discrimination. Will this project free up your organization to be more inclusive? More welcoming? More meaningful? More successful? More dynamic?
While Alison is happy to support you directly, she always prefers collaboration. Feel free to explore the possibility of a collaboration with another consultants or working in coaching-like collaboration with your own internal team to get the job done. This is 100% true where there the project is centred on addressing equity, inclusion and racism – that work can never be done by one person alone.
